Refund policy

Returns
Unlike mass retail, we are a small shop and all items are all cut and made to order. Because of the custom nature of the products we respectfully ask that you make sure to include the correct measurements/specifications when placing your order. If there was an error made by us, we will happily fix or refund. 

Refunds (if applicable)
If an error is made by us and you would like a refund: Once received & inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If an error is made by us and you would like an exchange: Once received, we will notify you with the tracking information of the replacement item.
